An Improvement Location Permit is required to install a fence.  When installing a fence, it is always good to call a land surveyor to locate all property lines first. You will also need to call 811 before you dig.

Contact Berne City Hall (260) 589-8526 to schedule an appointment to obtain a permit, prior to installation.
