When installing a fence it is always good to call a land surveyor to locate all property lines first. You will also need to call 811 before you dig. The fence should be no more than 6ft high. Fence should be 2-3 feet off owners property line and easement. If you have more questions, contact us.

Garage sales require a permit available at no charge from the Clerk's Office located in the City Building, 158 W. Franklin, Berne, IN.
